Registration Fee

SEPW Registration Fee is $275

  • Price includes equipment and game uniforms
  • Players keep their jerseys
  • Per Arizona Pop Warner mandate, no refunds will be permitted.

Discounts

  • Early Bird Registration on April 8th – Save $50 – Fee is $225
  • Sibling Discounts – 10% off for additional siblings

IMPORTANT: Please bring each of the following with you:

  • Child’s Birth Certificate
  • Child’s Report Card
    • Must show grades for all 4 quarters of the current school year
  • DOCTOR’S PHYSICAL on Pop Warner Form (download here)
    • Physical must be completed on or after January 1, 2017
  • Both the Participant and a Parent/Legal Guardian must be present at the Walk-in Registration

Online Registration

Since all registrants are required in person to complete paperwork and receive equipment sizing, we are forgoing online registrations this year.  If you require any additional assistance, please contact us at sepwinfo@gmail.com.

Cheerleaders:
Must cheer for teams according to their age listed above.
