cache_2599789704Southeast Pop Warner is a volunteer driven organization and we need you! We have opportunities for you to get involved at whatever level you can participate. Our organization is growing by leaps and bounds because people like you are willing to get in there and help us realize our vision. How can you help?

cache_2599708704If you are interested in coaching, now is the time to fill out a volunteer application.

Please note that even if you coached last year, you will need to re-apply for each season.  All coaching applications must be reviewed and approved by the Southeast Pop Warner Board of Directors each year.

cache_2599717204Most of you know the Team Parent is the glue that holds the team together!

Snacks, event coordination and anything additional that the Head Coach or Business Manager may need is the responsibility of the Team Parent.

If you are interested in being a Team Parent, then please talk to the Head Coach of your child’s team prior to the start of the season.

cache_2601167204We need volunteer Committee Members to assist in guiding, directing and controlling various Southeast Pop Warner projects during the year. An example is our Creek Fest Committee. For more info about serving on a Committee, please contact Tiffany at sepwpresident@gmail.com.

cache_3782767004Whenever your child plays or cheers at our home field, we ask that parents from your team work a shift in the concession stand before or after your child’s game – at least once during the season.  Your Team Parent will typically schedule concession stand volunteers during the season.

cache_2599703304The Team Business Manager is the individual that keeps track of all of the team paperwork – working to ensure that each player’s files are compliant with Federation requirements for certification. Then he/she is responsible for keeping these files on the practice and game field at all times.

The Team Business Manager will be responsible for check-in before game and making sure the Equipment Manager has checked all players’ equipment for safety. He/she ensures all parents are clear on game field locations, and facilities.

The Team Business Manager may work with the team parent for team specific fundraising or special events.
