Challenger Cheer Team!

Southeast Pop Warner is proud to be a part of the Challenger Cheer program. This is a squad made up of special needs boys and girls. Any child can participate between the ages of 5-18 regardless of their needs (down syndrome, physical handicaps, autism, to name just a few). If they don’t want to cheer, we will help them find a position where they can be part of the team (manager, water boy, etc.) Please forward this information to friends/family so we can offer the opportunity to as many kids as possible.

Practices for the squad are twice a week for one hour each. We practice at Combs High school and all our games that we will cheer for will be at Combs as well. We do participate in one competition at the state level and if we raise enough money to cover all costs, we will attend the Regional competition usually held in Southern California.

The best part about our program is that it is absolutely FREE for your child. There will be additional costs for families to watch the competitions, travel with the team or purchase team gear; but they are minimal.

Please contact Stacy Johnson at 480-560-4245 for additional information.
